Checked in without a hitch. Staff exuded friendliness, creating an inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness was commendable—lobby, room, and pool area all pristine. Breakfast was well-stocked; a true highlight with fresh eggs that made my early morning worth it. The pool was pleasantly warm, a rarity. Room met expectations, spacious enough for a family of four, featuring two beds and a useful pull-out couch. bed linens were shabby—pilled and wrinkled. That’s not acceptable. Also irritating: the bathroom sink was plugged, and while I sought assistance, I received vague responses. Parking, despite being nearby, could be more convenient. Just a few bumps in an otherwise pleasant stay. Would return, but with some expectations adjusted.

I was super stressed when I arrived, discovering they didn’t take cash after a long drive. The manager changed their mind only after I got upset, which felt manipulative. It ruined the start of my anniversary trip completely.

The room was exceptionally spacious, with a great view of the Rockies. The bed was cozy, allowing for a good night’s sleep despite my three-hour rest. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room comfortable. the fridge didn't function properly, which was disappointing. Noise levels were minimal, providing a peaceful environment. The breakfast experience was underwhelming. Items were cold, and I would have appreciated more variety, like waffles or pancakes. Staff was friendly, but there were issues with towel service. Accessing amenities was sometimes frustrating, especially the long wait for elevators. the room itself was enjoyable.

The view from my room was fantastic; my kids loved taking it in from the 12th floor. Breakfast was great with made-to-order coffee and fresh fruit water available.
Parking fees are pretty steep, be ready to shell out some extra cash.

I was blown away by how clean the room was and the comfy beds made it feel like home! The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations—so much variety and space to sit! Plus, the indoor heated pool was such a fun bonus for the kids and me!

Spacious rooms fit for a family and a fantastic pool for the kids. The staff was super nice and helped with all our questions.
It wasn’t cheap, but you get decent value for what you pay.

The friendly staff at Hyatt Place made me feel at home, and the spacious high-floor room with a stunning view exceeded my expectations. Although there were a few minor issues with the bathroom, the attentive maintenance team quickly resolved everything. I'll recommend this hotel.

loved the high floor view and secure key card access. room was clean - roomy, and great value. convenient for downtown trips & close to union station. staff was helpful and let me leave luggage for a museum visit. free breakfast with sausage - eggs, and waffles was so good!

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. We could walk to all the shops and for dinner, making it really convenient. the location was superb, very close to everything touristy. the front desk was exceptional, allowing us to check in early after an early morning flight. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great layout separating the living area and the bed. the complimentary breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and the lobby bar was a great spot during the snowstorm.

The room had a stunning view of the mountains and city, top floor, friendly staff, clean facilities, convenient street parking.
Felt very welcomed, nothing to complain about.
